Chris comes to Awake Consulting with over 25 years of experience of Executive Leadership for nonprofit organizations.  His experience of casting vision, leading change, building systems and structures for growth, marketing and creating raving fans established a track record of extraordinary growth in every position he has served.

Chris’ early management experience began as a supervisor with UPS.  Trained in conflict resolution he consults with numerous multi-staff organizations and businesses. He has worked with several membership organizations in the legal field and non-profits on matters of strategic planning, member retention, and recruitment.

Chris coaches and consults attorneys and business owners in their efforts to maintain balance in life while serving their clients and investing in their community and increasing revenue.  By implementing systems and structures he helps the clients be more effective entrepreneurial leaders.

Committed to excellence in his life as a coach, entrepreneur, leader, friend and father, Chris is a graduate from University of South Florida in Tampa with a BA in Philosophy of Religion, as well as a Master Degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. Residing in Central Florida with his wife of 27 years and their two children, during his free time, Chris can be found on a golf course or spending time with good friends.
