Glenn is the founder and CEO of Awake Consulting & Coaching, an organization focused on empowering professionals to realize their potential and lead with excellence. His vision and leadership have shaped a team of highly skilled experts committed to driving measurable results for businesses and organizations. Under Glenn’s direction, Awake Consulting & Coaching uses a diverse range of resources to build profitable, thriving businesses that benefit clients, employees, and owners alike.

Before founding Awake, Glenn worked with Atticus Practice Management Systems, a leading training and development firm for the legal profession. His experience working with attorneys, combined with a background in Organizational Development, gives him a unique skill set to deliver impactful results for entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals. Glenn’s expertise in leadership, speaking, and training has led to collaborations with leaders and entrepreneurs nationwide.

Glenn also served as Senior Pastor for over a decade in Southern California and Florida, where he developed skills in team building, resource alignment, and vision-setting. Additionally, he combined his passion for baseball with entrepreneurship by becoming the owner of the Springfield Lucky Horseshoes, a minor league baseball team.

A sought-after keynote speaker and facilitator, Glenn is certified to deliver Continuing Legal Education (CLE) in practice management, ethics, and law firm leadership in multiple states. He has worked with organizations such as the Orlando Utilities Commission, State Farm Insurance, and Stellar Industries, facilitating strategic planning sessions. His speaking style blends humor, insight, and diverse expertise to create an engaging and effective learning environment.

Glenn holds a degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Flagler College, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and an MA in Organizational Psychology from the University of Kentucky. He has also served as an adjunct instructor in Philosophy at the University of Kentucky and in Leadership Development at Azusa Pacific University.

Glenn and his wife of 30 years, Tami, are the proud parents of four children. They enjoy hiking, beach outings, and family dinners.
