Bob brings over 20 years of experience in executive sales, marketing, and organizational leadership to Awake. A dynamic speaker and trainer, Bob has made significant contributions to organizational growth and team development across churches, businesses, and non-profits. He specializes in helping leaders navigate failure and turn setbacks into opportunities for growth and excellence.

Bob’s career spans public speaking, fundraising, large-scale event coordination, and consulting with architects, construction firms, and churches on feasibility and facility development. He served as Senior Pastor for 24 years, helping churches grow and thrive through leadership, networking, and team building. His experience in both business and church leadership enables him to help entrepreneurs and community leaders reach new levels of success.

Bob graduated with honors from Hillsborough Community College and holds a degree in Psychology from Asbury University. He also earned a Master of Divinity, focusing on Organizational Growth, from Asbury Theological Seminary.
