Jay serves as the Director of Marketing and Sales at Awake Consulting & Coaching, leading the organization’s marketing and sales strategy to drive growth and success for clients. With a strong background in leadership, team building, and public speaking, Jay is passionate about helping businesses reach their full potential through strategic marketing and high-impact sales processes.

Jay is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing and sales vision, ensuring Awake’s offerings effectively reach and support business owners at every stage of their entrepreneurial journey. He also supports senior business coaches and contributes to client coaching efforts and team performance. His expertise in building high-performing teams and cultivating a culture of success makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Before joining Awake, Jay gained extensive leadership experience as a supply chain leader at a major food distribution center, where he optimized operations and fostered collaboration across teams. His diverse background—as an Eagle Scout, U.S. Army Veteran, educator, and pastor—shapes his leadership style, emphasizing integrity, vision, and the power of authentic connections.

Jay holds a Master of Divinity and a Master of Theology in Homiletics from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where he graduated with honors. These credentials reflect his commitment to effective communication and public speaking, skills he uses as a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and hiking. He is married with two adult sons and values family and faith as the foundation of his life.
