As a Senior Practice Advisor, he collaborates with professionals to envision new possibilities and develop practical strategies to turn visions into reality. Glenn’s work with clients nationwide has helped firms double their revenues and achieve a more balanced work-life dynamic through better practice management systems and client development strategies.

Glenn is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Florida Army National Guard, where he advises officers on organizational strategies, career development, and life management. His decorated military career, including multiple active-duty deployments, has strengthened his expertise in leadership and personnel management. Glenn also brings his experience in organizational change and leadership training to various government agencies.

Before joining Atticus and Awake, Glenn served for 12 years as Senior Pastor of three multi-staff churches in Florida. He is also an accomplished Martial Arts Instructor, holding the rank of San Dan, and emphasizes discipline and balance in all areas of life.

Glenn graduated Summa Cum Laude from Asbury College with a degree in Psychology and Sociology and holds a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. He is also certified in several personality and organizational assessment tools and is a graduate of the United States Command General Staff College.
