Chris has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership for nonprofit organizations, specializing in vision casting, change management, and growth strategy. His leadership and marketing expertise have consistently driven extraordinary results for the organizations he has led. Chris is skilled at helping clients maintain work-life balance while improving organizational effectiveness and boosting revenue.

Chris previously managed conflict resolution and leadership training for multi-staff organizations, particularly in the legal field. He now coaches attorneys and business owners on entrepreneurial leadership and strategic planning. His systems-oriented approach helps clients improve both their business operations and their personal lives.

Chris holds a BA in Philosophy of Religion from the University of South Florida and a Master’s degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family in Central Florida.
