Senior Business Coach
Brian Russell has over 30 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit leadership. Throughout his academic career, he has received the Excellence in Teaching Award (2005) and the Mentoring Award (2021). He has served as an academic dean and associate provost, where he developed systems that increased enrollment and enhanced educational delivery for students. Additionally, Brian has worked with small business owners and churches, helping them build trust, strengthen their teams, and create compelling visions for the future.
