With over a decade of experience at Awake Consulting, Glenn specializes in helping clients from small and medium-sized firms break through barriers to achieve greater success. As a Senior Practice Advisor, he collaborates with professionals to envision new possibilities and develop practical strategies to turn visions into reality. Glenn’s work with clients nationwide has helped firms double their revenues and achieve a more balanced work-life dynamic through better practice management systems and client development strategies. Before joining Atticus and Awake, Glenn served for 12 years as Senior Pastor of three multi-staff churches in Florida. He is also an accomplished Martial Arts Instructor, holding the rank of San Dan, and emphasizes discipline and balance in all areas of life.

Chris has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership for nonprofit organizations, specializing in vision casting, change management, and growth strategy. His leadership and marketing expertise have consistently driven extraordinary results for the organizations he has led. Chris is skilled at helping clients maintain work-life balance while improving organizational effectiveness and boosting revenue. Chris previously managed conflict resolution and leadership training for multi-staff organizations, particularly in the legal field. He now coaches attorneys and business owners on entrepreneurial leadership and strategic planning. Taina Dominguez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and works remotely for Awake Consulting from Atlanta, GA. She supports the team with administrative tasks, including email management and communication. Outside of her professional role, Taina is an accomplished actor, and pursues performance opportunities in the entertainment industry.
