Brian has over 25 years of experience in higher education and non-profit leadership. He has served as an academic dean and associate provost, where he developed systems that increased enrollment and enhanced educational opportunities. Brian has worked with numerous churches, helping them build trust and cast compelling visions for the future.

Brian’s passion for leadership and personal development enables him to help clients achieve both business success and personal fulfillment. Known for his creative problem-solving and ability to simplify complex challenges, Brian is also a gifted communicator and keynote speaker. He has authored and edited various works.

Brian holds a Ph.D. from Union Presbyterian Seminary, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a BA in History from the University of Akron. He is also a certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
