Brian Russell has over 30 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit leadership. Throughout his academic career, he has received the Excellence in Teaching Award (2005) and the Mentoring Award (2021). He has served as an academic dean and associate provost, where he developed systems that increased enrollment and enhanced educational delivery for students. Additionally, Brian has worked with small business owners and churches, helping them build trust, strengthen their teams, and create compelling visions for the future.

Brian’s passion for leadership and personal development empowers him to help clients achieve both business success and personal fulfillment. Known for his creative problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex challenges, Brian is also a gifted communicator and keynote speaker. He is the author of five books, four of which focus on spirituality.

Brian holds a Ph.D. from Union Presbyterian Seminary, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a B.A. in History from the University of Akron. He is also a certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and an Addiction Recovery Coach.
